PERMISSION is being sought to convert an office building near Kelvingrove Park into flats.
Acorn Property Group Ltd want to create 15 apartments in the premises at 1 Somerset Place/169 Elderslie Street, near Sauchiehall Street.
There would be a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom flats.
The application is pending assessment by Glasgow City Council planners.
