DRUM Property Group have lodged plans for a major mixed-use development beside the Clyde in Glasgow. It includes flats, offices, restaurants and a headquarters building with micro-distillery and visitor centre for whisky firm Douglas Laing and Co.
A MASTERPLAN for the transformation of the Tradeston riverfront site in Glasgow City Centre has been drawn up by developers. It includes removing vehicle traffic from the four-lane Clyde Place route and keeping just the facades of a listed building on the site.
TRANSFORMATION of the Tradeston area of central Glasgow looks set to start later this year, with huge office and housing developments part of the masterplan for the site, to be known as Buchanan Wharf.
