CENTRE For Young Homeless People Approved For Woodside

A GLASGOW housing association has been given planning permission to build a 20-bed residential centre for young homeless people.

The four-storey facility for Queens Cross Housing Association will be on a vacant site in Glenfarg Street, beside Woodside Halls.

How the building, designed by MAST Architects, is expected to look

It will also have facilities for daytime service users.

The application was approved by Glasgow City Council planners.

Permission was previously given for 27 student flats at the site.
