27 April, 2018 | News, Retail

WORK has started on turning an empty Glasgow city centre shop into an outlet for Nespresso.

The coffee machines, capsules and accessories chain has been given permission to make alterations to the premises at 60 to 62 Buchanan Street, beside Prince’s Square shopping centre.

How the store will look

Documents submitted with the company’s planing application state: “The design for the unit is based on the standard corporate brand used in hundreds of [Nespresso] stores worldwide.

“The Buchanan Street front elevation shopfront will be replaced with bronze-coloured metal framing and clear glass.”
