LA Belle Forme want to open a beauty and cosmetic surgery clinic at a former Glasgow City Centre gym.
The company have applied to use the ground floor and a mezzanine level at 154 Clyde Street.
La Belle Forme currently have a base in Wilson Street in the Merchant City.
Plans submitted to the city council show a theatre for surgery, pre-theatre reception rooms, a recovery room and several consultation rooms plus offices and other staff accommodation.
The proposal is pending consideration by officials.
