Graeme Jones, senior asset and development manager at Sovereign Centros, asset partner of St. Enoch Centre, said: “Delhi Darbar will be an exciting addition to the centre when it opens as part of the redevelopment. This announcement underlines the strength of our offering with further outlets choosing to commit to the centre during Covid-19.

“Glasgow’s curry and Indian cuisine heritage stretches back centuries, so we’re especially pleased that Delhi Darbar will join the outstanding collection of restaurants that visitors will be able to enjoy as part of the enhanced centre which will also include a nine-screen Vue Cinema and additional retail space.”

Rashpal Singh, director, Delhi Darbar said: “Our food and style of cooking has been very popular with people travelling to Bishopbriggs to enjoy our food. To expand into St. Enoch Centre and the city centre felt like a great opportunity and we look forward to welcoming customers old and new to our new venue when it opens.”

Delhi Darbar will join a string of household names in the new centre including Nando’s, Smashburger and COSMO which will complement St. Enoch Centre’s existing food court –- The Atrium –- which is home to a range of dining options, including Di Maggio’s, KFC, Greggs, Subway and Wongs.
