A DEVELOPMENT of 150 homes is being lined up for a nine-acre site in Springboig in eastern Glasgow.

Swan Group has completed the purchase of the former Wise Group site on Edinburgh Road and is in the process of applying for planning application.

Swan Group specialises in the development and delivery of affordable housing working closely with housing associations and local authorities.

Phil McGinlay, managing director of Swan Group, said: “With our headquarters in Glasgow, it’s great to have the opportunity to develop much needed affordable housing at our new Edinburgh Road site in the east end of the city.
