A HOUSING development is being proposed for a vacant site in Ruchill.
Maryhill Housing Association want to build 16 homes on Smeaton Street, near Brassey Street.
There would be four houses and 12 flats for social rent.
An application seeking planning permission has been submitted to Glasgow City Council.
