A DEVELOPER wants to build 36 properties at the site of former industrial premises on Glasgow’s South Side.
Ambassador Homes have applied for a development of flats and houses at the old Berendsen premises at 72 Thornliebank Road, Pollokshaws.
The proposal is for a total of 36 units — 28 two-bedroom flats in a four-storey building plus eight two-storey terraced houses, each with three bedrooms.
Thirty-six parking spaces for residents would be provided plus six for visitors.
The application is pending consideration by Glasgow City Council planners.
