FORTY flats are being proposed for a site beside the Renfrew/Yoker Ferry slipway.
The six-storey building at Yoker Ferry Road would have 38 two-bedroom flats and two with one bedroom.
Architects Norr Consultants say the development has been designed as a “signature” block to “acknowledge the ferry.”
All the flats will have a view of the Clyde.
The application by C&S Ventures is pending consideration by Glasgow City Council planners.
