AN empty shop unit in central Glasgow looks set to become the city’s first Project Pizza restaurant.
Applications to convert the property at the corner of Renfield Street at Renfield Lane have been submitted to the city council.
There would be 62 seats in the restaurant plus 20 at the bar.
Project Pizza, which currently has outlets in Reading and Dundee, allows customers to design and create their own bespoke pizza.
