Oak-NGate Ltd, has applied for planning approval to proceed with the development of 49 homes in Hamlet B, Gartloch Village.
The site spans approximately 1.94 hectares and is intended for a residential project consisting of 49 units, along with supporting infrastructure. This includes provisions for open spaces, all situated within the broader Master Planned development of Gartloch Village.

The new homes will showcase a variety of sizes and designs, contributing to a diverse streetscape while catering to the preferences and requirements of a range of homeowners. All houses will feature consistent roof pitches and a harmonious material palette, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic. Each property will be two stories tall, with unique features that add character and individuality.
