NEARLY 50 houses are being proposed for an area of dense vegetation beside Darnley Mill Park in Glasgow.
Briar Homes have applied for a development of 49 houses on a site north Of Corselet Road, Darnley.
They would be a mix of three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.
A design document submitted with the application states that the aim is to integrate the development with the landscape without Corselet Road “losing it’s ‘country lane’ feel”.
The proposal is pending assessment by Glasgow City Council planners.
