PUZZLE Room is Solution For Empty City Centre Cafe

13 November, 2018 | News

AN empty cafe in Glasgow City Centre can be turned into a puzzle room, planning officials have agreed.

The change-of-use application was approved for 15 St Margaret’s Place, near the High Court.

A document submitted with the application stated: “Between two and six customers will come into the unit and work their way through various rooms solving puzzles along the way.”

The experience will run hourly, with proposed hours of 10am to 8pm, seven days a week.

No details regarding the nature of the puzzle experience are given except that there will be “occasional low level atmospheric sound effects”.
