RESTAURANT Hoping To Curry Favour Over Extension

A GLASGOW City Centre restaurant may have to think about a name change if planners agree to its expansion proposal.

The Wee Curry Shop in Buccleuch Street wants to extend into neighbouring premises, currently designated for office use.

There’s barely room to swing a Deliveroo bag in the existing space but, under the new arrangement, the eatery would have seating for 36 people.

The change-of-use proposal is pending assessment by city planners.
