PLANNERS are being asked to let an empty office building on Glasgow’s South Side be used as a restaurant, with function rooms and takeaway.
The restaurant would be on the first floor of the property at 84 Victoria Road.
The ground floor would have cafe seating and a function room. A further function room would be on the second floor.
Proposed opening hours are noon to 11pm, Sunday to Thursday, and noon to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
The application has been made by Gosal Properties Ltd. No details about what kind of restaurant it would be are provided.
The proposal is pending assessment by City Council officials.
